‘Breitbart.com has uncovered video from 1995 of then-U.S. Attorney Eric Holder announcing a public campaign to “really brainwash people into thinking about guns in a vastly different way.”…’

He says this towards the end of the video (around 3 min 9 seconds).

He wanted to use the same propaganda methods used in the anti-smoking campaigns (which were international just like UN efforts to disarm civilians).
