I was listening to “The House” (March 2, 2013) (http://podcast.cbc.ca/mp3/podcasts/thehouse_20130302_26614.mp3), a CBC radio program, and again the Canadian Senate is just coming under constant attack, even to the point of talking about abolition.

Whether or not there is corruption and rule-breaking in the Senate, whether or not we agree with the existence of the Senate (it is constitutional after all), maybe the more important question is why the Establishment media is coming after it.

We could speculate. Could it be that it provides a forum for alternative, less politically correct, older and wiser points of view on issues such as climate change and environmentalism?

In any case there is some kind of real battle going on:

Of course there is globalist foreign funding coming in to Canada to shut down economic activity in the name of the “environment”.

Peter Foster also lists powerful Canadian corporate interests (so-called capitalists) who are also funding the Green Agenda, seemingly sabotaging their own economic interests. Do you see the contradiction? These are very powerful people, whether foreign or domestic, who are funding the Green movement, members of which are even trying to deny our right to criticize the climate change propaganda.

They don’t believe in free market. They believe in monopoly capitalism for a fascist elite. They believe in a controlled society. That’s why the Reece committee was investigating the activities of the big U.S. foundations in the 1950s, and that’s why Antony Sutton wrote his books on Wall Street’s funding of totalitarian ideologies.
