Conservative MP openly acknowledges and attacks Agenda 21 (in biased way)
Cheryl Gallant, MP for Renfrew-Nipissing-Pembroke
Report from Parliament
28 August 2014
I think Ms. Gallant presents a good overview of the different parts of Agenda 21 that have been implemented by the Ontario provincial government under the Liberals. She mentions “Places to Grow” (Smart Growth) for example, the Green Energy Act, ICLEI, etc., so this backs up what I’ve written about at this website.
However, Ms. Gallant doesn’t know about, or leaves out, the different roles played by the other parties, including the Conservatives provincially and federally, in implementing other parts of Agenda 21, and in not doing anything to stop it.
The federal Sustainable Development Act was passed in 2008 while Stephen Harper was prime minister. Would it have made a difference if they had not been a minority government at the time?
