This video shows a news report (Vince Gonzales, cbsnews.com) containing Rumsfeld’s press announcement on September 10, 2011 promising to do something about the Pentagon’s mismanagement of funds.
In reference to Bush’s 2003 increase in spending, the reporter states:
More money for the Pentagon when its own auditors admit the military can not account for 25 percent of what it already spends.
Donald Rumsfeld on September 10, 2001:
According to some estimates, we can not track 2.3 trillion dollars in transactions
Then the video features a whistle-blower named Jim Minnery.

- Several war games (drills) on September 11. General Myers didn’t deny there were exercises on 9/11. He describes a few, but he claimed that they did not impair the military response to events on 9/11. She also asked if September 11 had been declared in advance a “national security special event day” – because of activities scheduled at the United Nations (?).
