The Government of Canada started passing new legislation in March 2020 in response to the announced COVID-19 pandemic. See the legislation and regulations here.

Much of the action and powers in Canada is at the provincial level. It is amazing though how the provinces did do more or less the same actions (with differences in intensity). All provinces in Canada declared a state of emergency and/or state of public health emergency. The same thing was done all over the world. That’s coordination.

On March 17, 2020 (reference (https://www.osler.com/en/resources/critical-situations/2020/the-ontario-state-of-emergency-covid-19)), the Ontario government declared a state of emergency. Under s. 7.0.1(1) of the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act.

This is a very unfortunate law which appears to date back to 2003, post 9/11, so no doubt many nations and jurisdictions have laws like these.

The justification applied was:

There is an emergency that requires immediate action to prevent, reduce or mitigate a danger of major proportions that could result in serious harm to persons or substantial damage to property.

AND

One of the following circumstances exists:

i. The resources normally available to a ministry of the Government of Ontario or an agency, board or commission or other branch of the government, including existing legislation, cannot be relied upon without the risk of serious delay . . .[ii. and iii. are similar]

In my opinion both conditions fail, so therefore the justifications are bogus.  There wasn’t a danger of major proportions. The seriousness of the disease was exaggerated from the beginning with absurd predictions from Imperial College in the UK (backed by WHO and Bill Gates). Many people are dying every day of serious illnesses and those who were suspected of COVID-19 or tested positive were designated as dying from COVID-19.

The government also has made use of and keeps updating the Ontario Health Protection and Promotion Act. The terms in it include “pandemic” and “virulent disease.

On July 9, the Ontario government extended all emergency orders currently in force that were made under the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act to July 22, 2020.

The government intends to extend emergency orders to align with the Reopening Ontario (A Flexible Response to COVID-19) Act, 2020, if passed. This proposed legislation is part of the government’s plan to cautiously reopen Ontario in a way that recognizes the ongoing impacts of COVID-19 even after the provincial declaration of emergency has ended. The bill, if passed, would allow Ontario to continue its path to recovery by easing restrictions where appropriate, while maintaining important select tools to address the ongoing threat of this deadly virus and protect Ontarians.

Notice that the government claims that COVID-19 is a “deadly” virus and an “ongoing threat” to Ontarians. The government intends to hold on to its TOOLS–its new powers–in order to implement this new biological surveillance dictatorship. COVID is the excuse. Same all over the world.

It never dies down like other viruses. It’s hear for ever!? All this comes back with the next “pandemic” whatever virus it is–if we keep letting this happen.

Even though it is July, the number of tests are being increased in many jurisdictions (Florida is featured prominently today in this way in the controlled media–it’s amazing that Floridians have no other problems than testing positive for COVID-19 according to the lying media).

OUR money is being taken and misused in this way–to spend on tests–as if nobody has any other problems other than this flu/cold. More and more people are tested, and so therefore there are more and more “cases” as a result–meaning either healthy people with mild symptoms or very sick people who tested positive in addition to their underlying conditions–because doctors and nurses–and countless other workers–supposedly don’t have anything else to do but test people for COVID.

It’s a scam!

Even so the number of deaths are within the range of what happens during annual flu epidemics. I have other posts getting into the long term care homes and death certificates in a lot of detail.

This is a coordinated media propaganda project to “flood the zone”–to flood our minds with a single obsessive focus. And their actions were planned in advance (Event 201, “Lockstep” in 2010 Rockefeller/GBN document).

The most vulnerable people were not protected properly in many jurisdictions, but they could have been easily given special protection instead of abusively locking down healthy people and destroying our economy.

By the way, people need to make sure our own economy functions, and our own food supply and supply chain is present for the near future–and that includes animal foods! The media are not telling us the truth about these very basic things. We need to dig for it. Pressure politicians and other officials and corporations to keep the food production going–all of it–or else we will be eating Bill Gates’ plant-based eggs. A few years ago he was OK with chickens I notice. Now we should make sure we have a supply of chickens, eggs, meat and dairy from farmers, hunters and fishermen. We should be ready to exchange services and trade with others.

This was a pre-planned, globally coordinated project to introduce a new system of totalitarian government. It’s described as the “Great Reset” by the World Economic Forum. And Bill Gates spelled out the agenda for us. Remember Agenda 2030 – part of Agenda 21? This is it. This is the green austerity, “sustainable,” carbon-controlled, plant-based food world with a whole lot less drivers and a whole lot less travel–except for a privileged group of authorized nomadic workers. And that’s just the way they sell it!

There isn’t any justification for taking away rights (temporarily or conditionally or nonsense like that). Those rights are guaranteed in the Charter and they’re also given to us by God anyway. We don’t actually give up our rights during emergencies. We–that means EVERYBODY–need our rights even more during emergencies. Rights are something you need to claim no matter what! You don’t give them up ever. It’s the same thing if you say to someone “you need to treat me properly–with respect”!  Imagine if you–and 35 million other people–had to keep saying that day in and day out–UNDER YOUR BREATH instead of out loud! Well, that’s OUR future if you go along with it. Say it out loud now.

“Follow the rules” some people say!! The “RULES” people talk about are supposed to PROTECT us!!!!  They’re not supposed to let us be abused and insulted and transfer wealth to an elite class. That’s what’s happening with the shutdowns.

And accompanying all of this has been the launch of this culture war out of nowhere telling us to feel guilty for who we are and for things we didn’t do. That’s not just a diversion from those who are guilty of the most abuse. That’s an escalation of psychological warfare against the middle class. And they’re not going to leave other cultures alone–they already hammer them overseas.

This is organized abuse. It’s a power grab and a global takeover. And we need to stand up for what’s important, real and true–for our lives, values and rights–for everyone’s rights.
