Employers please use non-discriminatory job sites – job-seekers should use educational strategy with regular sites

This is a personal strategy when job-searching in order to assert your rights, educate employers, and feel more empowered instead of feeling defeated.
My view is that education and promotion of the truth must continue–IGNORE censorship efforts–and it is critical that we make more people aware of what is going on.
We need more communication. Don’t assume that businesses and other organizations are aware of what they’re involved in. There are plenty of people that need to be educated still about basic realities. They might change their minds.
I think that many us are over-estimating our reach when communicating on the Internet (because of shadow-banning and search engine censorship). I think that people trying to share the truth are communicating often in their own echo chambers, and those who have been effectively propagandized are in their own echo chambers also. Complaining about others not being aware probably falls on deaf ears also and builds resistance. This type of division reinforces itself I believe. I think that is the nature of the psychological trap we are in. The goal is divide and conquer. Some people will never change their position but many will change. Many people will listen. That’s who we need.
Also, if they’re just following orders and just going along with things blindly or obstinately, they should be pressured by as many of us as possible to correct their policies.
Coercing these vaccinations is a crime – domestically and internationally. It is very serious what is happening. Governments, corporations and media are breaking the law. They are engaged in crimes against humanity.
What I suggest doing when using a conventional jobs website (such as Indeed) is when you see a job that requires vaccination, do the following:
1) Use the reporting feature and explain that requiring vaccination is discriminatory (Indeed has a category for this) and breaks domestic and international law–and that many people are being harmed.
2) Contact the organization directly (do another search if necessary), their Careers department for example, and tell them the same thing.
For example:
“It’s wrong for you to require vaccination as it’s a violation of international treaties requiring informed consent, it’s breaking Section 7 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, and it’s breaking the Ontario Health Care Consent Act. Many injuries and even deaths have been documented by official Canadian, US and European adverse event reporting systems.”

PETITION
To the Legislative Assembly of Ontario:
WHEREAS unprecedented COVID-19 vaccine mandates have disrupted the lives of many Ontarians, causing loss of livelihood and loss of access to facilities; and
WHEREAS many injuries and even deaths have been documented by official Canadian, US and European adverse event reporting systems; and
WHEREAS Article 7 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (medical experimentation) and Article 6.1 of the Universal Declaration on Bioethics and Human Rights (all medical interventions) require consent; and
WHEREAS Ontario’s Health Care Consent Act (https://www.ontario.ca/laws/statute/96h02) states that treatments (including “preventive” ones) shall not be administered without consent and that the consent “must be” “informed,” “given voluntarily,” and “not be obtained through
misrepresentation or fraud.”
We the undersigned petition the Legislative Assembly of Ontario as follows:
That existing laws and treaties protecting us against assault, abuse and intimidation, including the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, the Criminal Code and the Health Care Consent Act, be enforced by officials at all levels.
That all vaccine mandates in the public and private sectors be ended immediately.
