Michael Shaw: we must defeat local implementation of Agenda 21 — 3 Comments

  1. I am a land use planner in Ontario trying to connect with other activists who oppose Agenda 21 and its implementation in Ontario. Although I just became aware of Agenda 21 at the beginning of this year, I have witnessed its implementation at the federal, provincial and municipal level since 2004. It is a terrifying future the establishment has in store for us – specifically, they intend to severely ration the basic necessities of life (housing, food, water, energy, etc.).

The provincial government is intentionally destroying productive capacity in Ontario so as to manufacture artificial scarcity thus providing the rationale for increased surveillance and rationing. It is time to fight back against these fascists!

    • May you inspire others who were trained as professional planners to likewise publicly speak out against the UN’s Agenda 21/ Sustainable Development now apparently directing “Glocal” planning, Jessica.

How could at least a few Ontario-wide NOT be questioning the comprehensively threatening outcomes of their daily achievements and employment as a planner – on the futures of their own children and grandchildren, in addition to that of all others – especially those currently still employed as planners but having obtained their education/ qualifications during a time of less intense indoctrination, perhaps nearing retirement and counting on their own longtime private property ownership “interests” to see them through their golden years.

I thoroughly enjoyed both your brief interview on SUN TV and more detailed version on Canada Live internet radio recently, as I’ve noticed many others did. Nice to see USA bloggers have picked up on the latter and are re-distributing links to it as well as so many here right in Ontario and Canada-wide. As I see it, your proven capabilities as a trained and experienced planner should work favourably for your current endeavours, most likely proportionally to your likelihood of confronting returned fire from those not willing to break from the rank and file.

Really? How do you know that, Jessica?

Aren’t facilitated consensus public input meeting outcomes sufficient to imply agreement of all participating individuals and to warrant public acceptance of LA21 locally, everywhere they are held?

Please explain how it is fascist to promote public participation in these meetings and then use the outcomes to drive public policy and “harmonize” existing law (usually away from protections for the individual) to bend to the will of the public?

This form of “private ordering” is most assuredly preferable to more government intrusion, is it not?

Unless of course the whole consensus process, were itself somehow deceptive and manipulative, then the outcomes would of course be false ones and without traditional checks and balances or ballots to count, how would one even know?

Hmmm…I have always wondered why the “municipality” or the “NGO” or the “whoever wants something done or passed” are the folks who provide the “facilitators” in these meetings…hmmm…very peculiar.

Well, anyway, Mr. Rough has assured me there is nothing to fear, so I am sure the fascists are very nice and only want what’s best for us, besides they are very smart and I am not so I’ll let them decide for me. Peace and love and may Gaia bless you many times over and provide for every need…blah blah blah.
