Recently published historical research says hungry aboriginal children and adults were once used as unwitting subjects in nutritional experiments by Canadian government bureaucrats.
“This was the hardest thing I’ve ever written,” said Ian Mosby, who has revealed new details about one of the least-known but perhaps most disturbing aspects of government policy toward aboriginals immediately after the Second World War. . . .
Of course most people would have considered these experiments to be wrong back then. In fact, probably more people back then would have reacted if they had heard about them. We don’t have a superior morality now. Right and wrong stays the same.
The same kind of scientific class did experiments with syphilis in the U.S. and Guatemala. Ironically we are taught to respect and worship these types of people. We could get into mind control and radiation experiments also . . .
Also, why are good motives applied to the researchers? Their employers probably applied the knowledge gained on malnutrition towards creating apathy and demoralization in the general population–in preparation for scientific dictatorship.
I think people get the wrong idea when they read articles like this. They think, “Oh the past was so horrible. How many other shocking things do we have to hear about the past? I’m so glad the world is getting better.” Wrong. How many other evil things have been done? And who do you think is still in charge? None of this was visible to the public. It’s not politicians who are in charge. Politicians put on a show for the public and they probably don’t know most of what’s really going on.
Another question is “Why do you make me feel bad about my country? Why do you have to spoil my past?” Well, it could demoralize us if we’re always beating ourselves up, if we take it the wrong way. But would your parents have done something like this? No they would not in most cases! And they weren’t in charge. They were trained to worship “authority” just like we do now. It’s not “our” past. We’ve been lied to about the past. This is the sort of thing the power elites like to do.
