This database includes data from 1965 to 2020-09-30. Information about vaccines used for immunization has been included in the database since January 1, 2011

This link includes some basic information on the current two COVID vaccines approved for Canada (Pfizer and Moderna). (But the full product monographs are searched here).

Suggestions:
*Keep an eye on these databases.
*Try filing a freedom of information requests for missing details.
*If you are aware of someone who suffered a serious adverse reaction, make them aware of how to report it.
As of April 11, 2021, the main database is still only up to December 31, 2020. The COVID-specific database (which has an unrealistically low number of reports) is updated weekly.
