Canadian-European trade talks. It’s always called “free” trade.

Talks began in 2009 for the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA).

In parallel, “Canada and the EU are working towards strengthening political ties through a Strategic Partnership Agreement“.

The agreement includes “justice, law enforcement, development assistance, climate change, youth, counterterrorism”, etc. as if it’s the EU’s business what Canadian policies are. What compromises are being made? What principles have already been surrendered to the EU (and US) banksters?

So many things that Parliament won’t need to vote on any longer. Who needs democracy when you can lock yourself into treaties? And the “Conservative” government just doesn’t put a stop to talks on “climate change”.
