Israel’s health ministry tested 189,000 people after they vaccinated by Pfizer’s vaccine and 6.6 per cent of the people still tested positive for COVID-19

Partly because of the bogus, misapplied false-positive spewing tests (test results should not define “cases”) which detect and amplify viral fragments everywhere.

And I’m sure many of them had “COVID symptoms” as vaccine adverse events (diarrhea etc.) as described in the official Pfizer COVID vaccine product documentation study results (link to that document here).
