Jeffrey Sachs and elite technocratic management
Update: Jeffrey Sachs goes along with the oligarchy’s story line and push for unprecedented totalitarian lockdown measures, which is unsurprising because everyone in power seems to be in lockstep with the same agenda:
March 27: https://www.cnn.com/2020/03/26/opinions/us-most-confirmed-cases-sachs/index.html. This was back in March. Now we have a clearer picture.
April 12: https://www.jeffsachs.org/blog/z244casfrcnxyg29d2fyp3rnfjslat
So, Trump is used as the scapegoat as if he has done much at all to stop the implementation of these freakish totalitarian and destructive measures based on inflated predictions from Imperial College in the UK and distorted numbers. The right and left wings are just to distract people and split people into camps that can’t communicate with each other. All politicians should be pressured to back away from support for these measures and for contact tracing and mandatory “vaccines”–but as far as I can see, Trump has been supportive of these things for the most part, except for lip service to legitimate concerns the public has. When people hear what they want to hear, it appeases them somewhat.

“interventions” and “management systems”
The truth is that these countries have been kept down by “limits to growth” policies developed by Kissinger’s report in the 1970s and by the Club of Rome think-tank. The whole idea with “sustainable development” is about preventing countries from making economic progress on their own. The ultimate example of this is with the COVID-19 policies this spring in 2020 which have shredded the economic capacities of western countries.

Quoting from Wikipedia at my post on Event 201:
After the end of her term as PM, Brundtland was then elected Director-General of the World Health Organization in May 1998. In this capacity, Brundtland adopted a far-reaching approach to public health, establishing a Commission on Macroeconomics and Health, chaired by Jeffrey Sachs, and addressing violence as a major public health issue.
From my post on Carbon Taxes, I quote from a CBC website post saying that Jeffrey Sachs of Columbia University
has long argued for a global carbon tax, to be designed and administered by the UN so as to keep countries on an even footing.

This article lists the key recommendations of this WHO commission. It mentions the creation of the Gates Foundation.
This article refers to their 2001 report: https://apps.who.int/iris/bitstream/handle/10665/42435/924154550X.pdf;jsessionid=1FE9229970F5AECC93FBF81B47F969BD?sequence=1 (new: https://iris.who.int/bitstream/handle/10665/42435/924154550X.pdf;jsessionid=1FE9229970F5AECC93FBF81B47F969BD?sequence=1). It’s referring to the MDGs or Millenium Development Goals. It associates improved health with reduced population growth and it refers to population constantly because that’s what these things are all about. It refers to vaccines a lot, implying that vaccines are effective in improving health. That’s what people believe. I think it’s just an induced belief. My understanding is that there still isn’t an HIV vaccine released to the public even though the report sets that as a goal. That’s a long time to just have a concept broadcast everywhere that doesn’t have any reality to it. What else is like that in this system?

Jeffrey Sachs was a former director of the Earth Institute at Columbia University. This focused on “sustainable development” as Agenda 21 and the Brundtland Commission did.
Sachs is the Quetelet Professor of Sustainable Development at Columbia’s School of International and Public Affairs and a professor of health policy and management at Columbia’s School of Public Health.
As of 2017, he serves as special adviser to the United Nations (UN) Secretary-General António Guterres on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), a set of 17 global goals adopted at a UN summit meeting in September 2015. He held the same position under the previous UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon and prior to 2016 a similar advisory position related to the earlier Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), eight internationally sanctioned objectives to reduce extreme poverty, hunger and disease by the year 2015. In connection with the MDGs, he had first been appointed special adviser to the UN Secretary-General in 2002 during the term of Kofi Annan.
In 1995, Sachs became a member of the International Advisory Council of the Center for Social and Economic Research (CASE). He is co-founder and chief strategist of Millennium Promise Alliance, a nonprofit organization dedicated to ending extreme poverty and hunger. From 2002 to 2006, he was director of the United Nations Millennium Project’s work on the MDGs. He is director of the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network and co-editor of the World Happiness Report with John F. Helliwell and Richard Layard. In 2010, he became a commissioner for the Broadband Commission for Sustainable Development, whose stated aim is to boost the importance of broadband in international policy.
Sachs is one of the founders of the Deep Decarbonization Pathways Project.
He seems to make a couple of good suggestions here and there, but I don’t think there should be technocrats like this running the world.
I think the points about food are about interfering in local economies and local agriculture–these have been going on for a long time and are about making nations dependent on genetically modified crops and harmful chemicals–the same type of food we have been eating in developed countries for decades also.
I’ve posted on the subject of Kissinger’s report on world population recently and people can read the report. So almost all of this, as far as I’m concerned, is about reducing population and controlling the world through technological means–as in technocracy–which is what Agenda 21 describes. That’s what the focus on “health” and “reducing poverty” is all about. People would reduce their own poverty if western nations left them alone and stopped creating wars and tension. Sorry, that’s a big reality that can’t be denied.
The UN and WHO are unelected private institutions based in the United States of America. And they have always had a globalist agenda of undermining family, nation and religion–because those get in the way of the goal.
And now, with COVID-19 / Coronavirus policies, we see the emergence of global public-private technocracy.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Broadband_Commission_for_Sustainable_Development
The Broadband Commission for Sustainable Development (until 2015: Digital Development) was established in May 2010 as a joint initiative by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) to promote Internet access, in particular, broadband networks in order to help achieve United Nations development goals, such as the Millennium Development Goals (until 2015). The Commission was renamed the Broadband Commission for Sustainable Development, following the adoption of the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals in September 2015
I have posted about the ITU (a 19th century public private organization) in connection with 5G. All of this technology–even long before the Internet–is necessary for the technocratic goal of data collection and surveillance of the global public–and the public’s continual indoctrination concerning what it means to be a human being (family etc.) –in order to pursue certain goals now called the SDGs, which we never voted on. They are couched in terms that succeed in dismantling the human family structure and reproduction.
And we are coming to the end of the line I suppose. People can be impressed with all of this and take it the way it is presented or they can start to question it.
