Event 201 was a 3.5-hour pandemic tabletop exercise that simulated a series of dramatic, scenario-based facilitated discussions, confronting difficult, true-to-life dilemmas associated with response to a hypothetical, but scientifically plausible, pandemic. 15 global business, government, and public health leaders were players in the simulation exercise that highlighted unresolved real-world policy and economic issues that could be solved with sufficient political will, financial investment, and attention now and in the future.
The exercise consisted of pre-recorded news broadcasts, live “staff” briefings, and moderated discussions on specific topics. These issues were carefully designed in a compelling narrative that educated the participants and the audience.
It’s significant that the Gates Foundation was a major part of this event.
The World Economic Forum is another very important, unelected organization.
Its leadership is interesting. I recognize some of the people, including Mark Carney, Chrystia Freeland (a key member of the Canadian government), Al Gore, and Christine Lagarde.
. . .
The World Economic Forum is the International Organization for Public-Private Cooperation.
The Forum engages the foremost political, business, cultural and other leaders of society to shape global, regional and industry agendas.
Hey, vague “agendas” – let’s make them more explicit.
The full name of the first organization is the John Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health Center for Health Security. The jargon is very interesting. It’s like suddenly I notice all this Orwellian terminology such as “health security” and “biosecurity” (https://www.centerforhealthsecurity.org/newsroom/newsletters/cbn-newsletter/) implying that there is some kind of God-like government authority to be in charge of protecting everyone’s health, as if we’re just inherently dangerous as living organisms.
This is the way the elites play the game of dominating this world–by labeling things in a way that implies that some human institution has the job of controlling everything and everybody. And I felt the same way about the term “cybersecurity”–it’s just terminology to justify domination over the Internet when they have some kind of excuse. Biosecurity is a term that allows whoever it is to justify domination over human beings with the excuse of “protecting us” from whatever construct they came up with.
In the past, normal people would have had no conception of this kind of unlimited control–it was unthinkable except in novels written by Wells, Orwell and Huxley. People used to think that some things had to do with God, and that domain is left to God or nature to determine events, and that we only had some limited, reasonable actions that we could take to improve our situation with respect to nature.
But it turns out that the people who have the most power and seek to dominate–many of them posing as “environmentalists” at the top level–really just want to control the planet and nature to the ultimate degree–and they love technology–and UN Agenda 21 has this sense to it if you read it. It’s all about “public-private partnership” also, and about God-like surveillance of every planetary resource and activity–in every sphere of human and natural existence.
But wouldn’t it be great if we had reliable people to inform us about what is really happening in such situations–instead we just have people who are used to living in a world of made-up concepts who are always working on building some planned agenda to set up their replacement “God” of collective human institutions and constructs–as intended by such people as Julian Huxley. You can read the quotations on my home page about this agenda.
For Event 201, there is a summary of the Recommendations on https://www.centerforhealthsecurity.org/event201/about
The next severe pandemic will not only cause great illness and loss of life but could also trigger major cascading economic and societal consequences that could contribute greatly to global impact and suffering. The Event 201 pandemic exercise, conducted on October 18, 2019, vividly demonstrated a number of these important gaps in pandemic preparedness as well as some of the elements of the solutions between the public and private sectors that will be needed to fill them. . . . .
They predicted economic and societal consequences and suffering for the “next severe pandemic.”
And what is going to happen now with COVID-19 policies? They–yes “they”–the Borg media-government-corporate entity they created which spews only the one single thought–this Artificial Intelligence in a sense–are already blaming the consequences of their destructive shutdown on this single virus.
And the Recommendations:
Recommendation 1 refers to the Global Preparedness Monitoring Board, which
would be well positioned to help monitor and contribute to the efforts that governments, international organizations and businesses should take for pandemic preparedness and response.
Here is their website: https://apps.who.int/gpmb/
The Board includes one of the co-chairs, the former Prime Minister of Norway, Dr. Brundtland. I believe she was in the past a member of the Trilateral Commission (https://www.technocracy.news/gro-harlem-brundtland-stumps-for-sustainable-development/). Her United Nations sustainable development work preceded Agenda 21:
Gro Harlem Brundtland, a medical doctor, was Norway’s first woman Prime Minister, serving a total of ten years as head of government between 1981 and 1996. She chaired the World Commission on Environment and Development – known as the Brundtland Commission – which articulated the principle of sustainable development for the first time at a global level. She was Director-General of the World Health Organization from 1998 to 2003, UN Special Envoy for Climate Change from 2007 to 2010 and, from 2011 to 2012, was a member of the United Nations Secretary-General’s Global Sustainability Panel. She is a founding member of The Elders and served as the organisation’s Deputy Chair from 2013 to 2018.
Just to quote part of her Wikipedia bio: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gro_Harlem_Brundtland
After the end of her term as PM, Brundtland was then elected Director-General of the World Health Organization in May 1998. In this capacity, Brundtland adopted a far-reaching approach to public health, establishing a Commission on Macroeconomics and Health, chaired by Jeffrey Sachs, and addressing violence as a major public health issue. Brundtland spearheaded the movement, now worldwide, to achieve the abolition of cigarette smoking by education, persuasion, and increased taxation. Under her leadership, the World Health Organization was one of the first major employers to make quitting smoking a condition of employment. Under Brundtland’s leadership, the World Health Organization was criticized for increased drug-company influence on the agency.
She was also apparently a target of the notorious shooter, Anders Behring Breivik.
The other co-chair is Mr Elhadj As Sy, former Secretary General of the International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies. He was also involved with UNICEF and UNAIDs.
I just did not know there was such a thing as this unelected Global Preparedness Monitoring Board helping to make us all safe. It’s like something out of an Avengers or Star Trek movie. Who knew there was such a thing?
Governments are a problem as they are, but all of these other organizations are private, unelected and unaccountable to us. As I demonstrated in my post on WHO and Bill Gates, WHO is mostly funded by the Gates Foundation. But we are to be bossed around by them as if we’re dumb animals. We are accountable to them for our sniffles and coughs, but they are not accountable to us?!
By the way, maybe some remember the 2009 Star Trek movie where they make Kirk’s severe swelling reactions to the alien vaccine into a casual joke–and they seem to be having a lot of fun in the movie even though two planets were destroyed and a third threatened with destruction.
Fiction can make the unacceptable more acceptable in our minds. I believe that’s how it works.
What were the circumstances of the Board’s creation?
Created in response to recommendations by the UN Secretary General’s Global Health Crises Task Force in 2017, the GPMB was co-convened by the World Health Organization and the World Bank Group and formally launched in May 2018
And the full list of Board Members is interesting:
The makeup of the board is international and includes key officials from India and China, by the way. I bet that doesn’t change, no matter what happens.
Anthony S. Fauci, M.D. is director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) at the U.S. National Institutes of Health, where he oversees an extensive research portfolio focused on infectious and immune-mediated diseases. He serves as one of the key advisors to the White House and Department of Health and Human Services on global HIV/AIDS issues, and on initiatives to bolster medical and public health preparedness against emerging infectious disease threats. He is the winner of numerous prestigious awards including the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the National Medal of Science and the Lasker Award for Public Service.
OK, so continuing with the other recommendations i detail would be worth doing, but for now, I’ll just skim over a few things:
Number 2 stands out:
Industry, national governments, and international organizations should work together to enhance internationally held stockpiles of medical countermeasures (MCMs) to enable rapid and equitable distribution during a severe pandemic. The World Health Organization (WHO) currently has an influenza vaccine virtual stockpile, with contracts in place with pharmaceutical companies that have agreed to supply vaccines should WHO request them. As one possible approach, this virtual stockpile model could be expanded to augment WHO’s ability to distribute vaccines and therapeutics to countries in the greatest need during a severe pandemic. This should also include any available experimental vaccine stockpiles for any WHO R&D Blueprint pathogens to deploy in a clinical trial during outbreaks in collaboration with CEPI, GAVI, and WHO . . .
Number 3 relates to travel.
Number 4 bothers me:
Governments should provide more resources and support for the development and surge manufacturing of vaccines, therapeutics, and diagnostics that will be needed during a severe pandemic. In the event of a severe pandemic, countries may need population-level supplies of safe and effective medical countermeasures, including vaccines, therapeutics, and diagnostics. Therefore, the ability to rapidly develop, manufacture, distribute, and dispense large quantities of MCMs will be needed to contain and control a global outbreak. . . .
And what vaccines? What is the justification for believing they would actually work to do any good? What kind of evidence is presented to us?
So it’s total management. Now we can see that “health” has always been the planned back door to control our lives. I remember feeling very uneasy when I was writing up a policy for our small Libertarian political party years ago on the subject of quarantines.
When I think of power, I think of how they pressure people into vaccinating their children. They don’t convince them of facts. They just cajole them with mandatory school attendance, propaganda, peer pressure and laws.
When I think of power, I think of how psychiatrists just distribute all of these psychotropic drugs to anyone who has any kind of emotional issues–because there are things going wrong in the world and in their lives–and maybe in their bodies and minds–but all they want to do is put everyone on drugs–as in Brave New World.
A power grab is a power grab–even as its disguised under flowery or scientific language–even as it dresses itself up as authoritative and respectful. Some people gain and most people lose power. That’s what rights and freedoms are supposed to be–our power. But we have those inherently as conscious spiritual beings. There is a power inherent in reasoning about moral principles which are fundamental to our survival. Many people can understand that but even these basic values have been obscured and turned upside down through the education system and media of those who assert their domination.
Number 7 has a section on censorship. And we’re seeing this with COVID-19 now. This section is amazing:
Governments and the private sector should assign a greater priority to developing methods to combat mis- and disinformation prior to the next pandemic response. Governments will need to partner with traditional and social media companies to research and develop nimble approaches to countering misinformation. This will require developing the ability to flood media with fast, accurate, and consistent information. Public health authorities should work with private employers and trusted community leaders such as faith leaders, to promulgate factual information to employees and citizens. Trusted, influential private-sector employers should create the capacity to readily and reliably augment public messaging, manage rumors and misinformation, and amplify credible information to support emergency public communications. National public health agencies should work in close collaboration with WHO to create the capability to rapidly develop and release consistent health messages. For their part, media companies should commit to ensuring that authoritative messages are prioritized and that false messages are suppressed including through the use of technology.
I could have sworn one of these organizations I looked at mentioned a commitment to freedom of expression (maybe the Trilateral Commission, ha ha).
Consistent information is obviously the brand new “principle” when it comes to information. Now there is only one thought, one idea. There’s never any disagreement. I noticed that with media coverage recently. I am sure everybody must have noticed that. That’s real “progress”–let’s just have one thought or opinion on anything.
So, tell you what, people need to send their own thoughts and messages to “trusted community leaders such as faith leaders.”
So they think that “faith” leaders are easy targets for some reason. Why’s that? Is infiltration already accomplished? Faith leaders don’t care, for instance, that many vaccines contain human fetal tissue?? They don’t care that the Gates Foundation paralyzed 500,000 children in India with experimental vaccines and with many more incidents like that?
Tell me, “faith leaders,” what do you care about? This is a challenge to you.
Whoever betrays principles such as freedom of expression or principles about the value of human life and human free will– or principles that express our natural, God-given rights and freedoms which protect us from tyranny–he or she betrays all of us–betrays everything. Grow up.
