COVID-19 economic and social engineering agenda
Edited: 2.0
We can get an overall picture of the agenda from what policies have been introduced leading up to COVID-19
1. As far as where the economic system is headed, we see the “New Deal for Nature” being pushed, which seems to be in line with Sustainable Development=Agenda 21, Agenda 2030, carbon reduction, Our Common Future, the Brundtland Commission, and the Club of Rome’s Limits to Growth.

2. Universal Basic Income is now being pushed harder with the COVID-19 situation:

We have seen many proposals for Universal Basic Income in recent years. I don’t think its a coincidence. It’s been the plan for a long time, but I think that in the past, many people would have seen the destructive side of it.

I noticed at the time that UBS was floated in parallel with the legalization of cannabis in Canada. And that could be OK for people if it had been done a long time ago when times were good, but how can it be a good thing if people are not working–and not able to drive to work potentially.
In my opinion, legalizing and promoting cannabis from the top indicates the intention of seeing a lot of people not working, and not being allowed to drive. It is totally consistent with Brave New World policies which I have been writing about. I am against treating drug users as criminals (the drug war having been an excuse for moving towards totalitarianism over many decades) but I have learned in recent years that drugs have been and are used as a weapon of conquest. Historically that’s the reality. The illegal drug trade and the legal prescription psychotropics drugs trade (in many cases) are two sides of the same coin. MKUltra programs were consistent with Brave New World.
Not being able to drive (or do much is else in some cases) is fine to the world public-private partnership, which has signaled very strongly over many years that eventually they want people to move away from cars–hence the promotion of impractical electric vehicles (even self-driving vehicles) and various Smart Growth plans regarding transportation corridors, and bicycle paths replacing roads. It’s appealing for those living in crowded cities to not have to deal with cars but for others it is very destructive to try to change this way of life. Not having to live in the city is about independence. All of this has been spelled out in constant global meetings that aim to move people away from resources which belong to them by right and tradition.
During the COVID-19 shutdown, “non-essential” businesses–meaning small businesses–have been shut down, but alcohol is still flowing, along with entertainment of all kinds and pornography. These things keep people distracted.
Even more ominous was the introduction of full-on euthanasia policies in Canada in recent years. So this goes along with austerity measures also. Anything that cheapens human life–how we see each other–zombie TV series, etc.–enhances the agenda. It is really unfortunate that we are caught up in this onslaught.
People are sold these policies as having good intentions but I don’t see that at all. These are policies which are meant to condition us to living in austerity–with low expectations for quality of life–with low expectations for health services. And now we can see it being brought about.
3. With the introduction of extreme COVID-19 measures, we see what appears to be the destruction of independent small businesses.
We need to try to maintain as much independence as possible. More independent sources of employment means that we have more control over our own lives. It means we have more independence to make our own decisions. We feel free to speak and live in our own way. When we we lose independent sources of income, we are left with fewer choices. The large businesses tend to slavishly follow the global oligarchy’s agendas in terms of technological and now biological tracking and tracing, as well as the dietary agenda of replacing meat with a plant-based diet. This is an example of a social agenda that affects our health and strength directly.
To get an idea of where we started from:
As of December 2015, there were 1.17 million employer businesses in Canada. Of these, 1.14 million (97.9 percent) businesses were small businesses, 21,415 (1.8 percent) were medium-sized businesses and 2,933 (0.3 percent) were large enterprises.
So we should keep an eye on those figures in the near future. We should watch the number of bankruptcies and the number of small and medium sized businesses. We should assess where the wealth and real property ends up.
Very quickly, many people, in Canada and elsewhere, have become unemployed and have become dependent on government support.
Canada lost over 1M jobs in March, unemployment rate rises to 7.8%
Labour Force Survey, April 2020
This is where the Universal Basic Income idea becomes very relevant, and I don’t believe there is any coincidence at all.
With universal basic income, people will become dependent on governments to supply them with income, and they will likely be made to follow the new COVID-19 Green-Techno-Austerity rules of these governments–to one degree or another if Canadians let them get away with it. I don’t doubt at all–from the appearance of things–that governments intend to keep ignoring privacy laws and Charter Rights and Freedoms that have restrained them up until recently.
I believe they will attempt to impose new “social credit” type systems which rates and penalizes citizens in order to shape social behavior, speech, compliance with contact tracing (spying and data collection using phone apps or “health checks”), and other forms of compliance focused on the person’s biology–in terms of “medical certificates” relating to “vaccination”–by switching on or off income to recipients (see the terminology used in new air travel regulations).
It is a new type of system that is being dropped down on top of us after the economy was demolished.
These are the big capitalists who have always run things–and who have always been developing and funding the major forms of “socialist” policies in the world. One of their systems called Fabian socialism was always about social engineering and creating dependency. They have us believing in ideologies in order to confuse and divide us. There are principles that we should follow regarding rights and freedoms. Totalitarianism and artificial ideologies don’t come from the ground up. They come from the top down in order to weaken ordinary people and monopolize resources into the hands of a few.
