One of my email subscriptions is to an activist organization, OpenMedia. Today they seemed confused about whether they should be for or against “vaccine passports” since they asked subscribers for feedback. In a way, that’s good. Could be worse.

Apparently a lot of people are confused about the principle of informed consent and also about freedom of conscience and security of the person. They don’t seem to be aware of basic principles of law, including the contents of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

The reason for this confusion is that we are being subtly and not so subtly coerced (lockdowns and isolation) via the COVID narrative, into accepting a bio-surveillance dictatorship which abandons respect for OUR rights and freedoms.

In the same way, the Conservative Party of Canada and the tiny federal Libertarian Party seem to be confused about their priorities as this oligarchical Huxleyan public-private dictatorship is being created. The Conservative Party is on board with COVID policies in general or the premises (except possibly lockdowns) (at least their leadership as we should expect from past events). And the Libertarian Party as well as the Conservative Party seem to be in the business of promoting COVID-19 “vaccines”–pushing the line that the Liberal government is not distributing COVID-19 vaccines fast enough. I saw this “criticism” of the Liberals in Conservative Party literature this winter and also in an email from the Libertarian Party. The Libertarian Party also refuses to question the official COVID narrative which is a serious failure in the face of all the contradictions and consequences of going along with it. I am just trying to point out the reality of how the left-right political system is used to deceive and control Canadians, Americans and other nationalities. The recent clear-cut example of this is how Conservative Party leader Erin O’Toole is blatantly going to ignore the grassroots vote on Climate Change. These private political organizations (the major ones anyway) are controlled by an OLIGARCHY.

Many in the public at this point are still not even aware that there is such a proposal as vaccine passports. Those of us who were paying attention in the spring of 2020 were aware that something like this was coming.

What has happened over the past year is that we have been put in a situation of lockdown and isolation in order to coerce us into accepting vaccines. I have covered some of the references for my assertions here.

1. This is the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. (This site moved the web address for the Charter section of the Constitution from here which means I will have to update many links and update pdf documents because they will have already created confusion). The Charter says we have the right to travel, we have freedom of conscience (and assembly etc.), we have the right to security of the person, and there are many points that could be related to what is going on. In other words, the fundamental law of Canada is being violated by COVID emergency powers. It’s an absurd situation to be told to stay home, shut down businesses (to their destruction) and believe a bunch of contradictory nonsense being spewed from the media day in and day out. I think a big part of the reason we have become so deluded is the power of television. TV seduces us. It confuses us about reality. The only dictatorships we acknowledge are the fictional kind.

6 (1) Every citizen of Canada has the right to enter, remain in and leave Canada.

2 Everyone has the following fundamental freedoms:

(a) freedom of conscience and religion;

(b) freedom of thought, belief, opinion and expression, including freedom of the press and other media of communication;

(c) freedom of peaceful assembly; and

(d) freedom of association.

This means that isolation, lockdowns and coercive vaccinations are violations:

7 Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of the person and the right not to be deprived thereof except in accordance with the principles of fundamental justice.

This means coercive testing of our bodies and private space are violations:

8 Everyone has the right to be secure against unreasonable search or seizure.

The COVID dictatorship apologists/agents that I’ve seen on Twitter will say “Oh, a court has to decide” how to interpret these points. That’s the lame formula set up to confuse people. Well, the answer to that is that we will decide also how to interpret the Charter.

And the people who have sold out to this agenda have decided to betray everybody and ignore all these points. That’s their decision. Not ours. They are happy with their bank accounts and retirement plans and can live with all policies–they’re doing fine–for now. They aren’t concerned about the COVID policies causing the destruction of businesses, or suicides, drug abuse, cancelled surgeries, and neglected seniors. Their attitude is they’re tough because they can wear masks, they’re not a bunch of whiners. Winners not whiners. They love “winning” and just caving in to perceived authorities/bullies. They “know” the “vaccines” are safe because they don’t even have to bother reading any product monograph. They know that all such fears are illegitimate because they’ve heard the media ridicule skeptics and that our governments (and also especially big corporations) don’t lie or hurt innocent people. That’s what they “know” and congratulations to them. So much for moral relativity. Here we are.

Here is another point about why “lockdowns” have always been a prison term until 9/11 happened, and then they were also for schools. So the “progress” was from prisons to schools to homes. It’s amazing how values can be changed in the 40 years since the Charter was compiled.

It’s insane for healthy people to accept being isolated. There is no substance to the justifications. There is no excuse for allowing this dictatorship to get off the ground. You see what the Charter says:

9 Everyone has the right not to be arbitrarily detained or imprisoned.

And another point regarding the severe and weird (medically ridiculous with respect to healthy people especially) social isolation policies, masks and social distancing:

12 Everyone has the right not to be subjected to any cruel and unusual treatment or punishment.

And there are more. Go through the rest of it.

The answer to one of the unspoken questions you may have is YES, the Charter is being broken.

And many of us are just letting it be broken without a protest. And the whole COVID narrative is full of holes. The deaths reported are based on a change made to the death certificate procedure. The “cases” are not cases but the bogus results of admittedly misapplied PCR testing. The creation of the belief system is due to the media and corporations being forced, along with governments, to be on the same page and people not being aware that there is this level of public-private control in the world. Even with what we see, it’s still not absolute yet, it’s not complete, it doesn’t cover every nation in the same way, it doesn’t suppress every thought yet. This elite agenda is a type of fantasy in itself. It will not succeed ultimately. However, it would be better for all of us, there would be a whole lot less suffering if we stopped it sooner rather than later.

I am going to highlight some points of interests from these articles which are mostly Orwellian propaganda pieces promoting Vaccine Passports:

COVID-19 vaccine passports are coming. Is Canada ready? | Globe and Mail | March 5, 2021

In early February, the World Health Organization said it was opposed to vaccine passports for international travel, largely because the effectiveness of vaccines at reducing the transmission of COVID-19 was still poorly understood.

But supposedly there is “evidence” otherwise (not a proper scientific study but that’s OK for the media now).

Sweden is part of this too coerced vaccine agenda apparently, so much for Sweden.

Allegedly there is some kind of

debate about the ethics of vaccine passports. Critics bluntly call them an attack on civil liberties, a source of discrimination and an invasion of privacy.

This is totally lame. Just inane story-telling:

point out that it would be irrational to ignore the decreased infection threat posed by a vaccinated person

They should prove it for each “vaccine” (with proper studies)! In any case, we can see the side effects in the official document (from the initial studies) and from the VAERS government data which includes some cases of adverse events that have been reported.

Lockdowns and business shutdowns, even when necessary [“necessary” says who?], are severe curtailments of basic liberties. “A strong presumption should be in favour of preserving people’s free movement if at all feasible,” the British medical journal Lancet said this week.

Amazing the way “journalists” write their articles now. Just absolute trash. Notice all the contradictions involved in advocating dictatorship. Truth and lies go together in the same sentence.

This article is promoting a coerced medical treatment.

2.
Mandating ‘vaccination passports’ for access to services, travel would be a violation of civil liberties

In some jurisdictions, such as Nova Scotia, human rights codes expressly prohibit discrimination based on “an irrational fear of contracting an illness or disease.”

As is often the case in times of national crisis, we are too quick to toss aside civil liberties and regress on anti-discrimination policies in exchange for the guise of safety.

Trudeau’s science adviser preparing report on COVID-19 vaccine passports | Globe and Mail | March 11, 2021

Dr. Nemer cautioned that the science is not yet clear on the justification for a passport, including whether vaccination prevents someone from transmitting the virus and how long immunity lasts. It also has the potential for unintended consequences because it will disadvantage people who have not received their shots and grant more freedoms to those who have, she said.

Conservative MP Michelle Rempel Garner declined to provide her party’s stand on the issue but urged the government to make clear what it intends to do. She said the government should release its benchmarks for the number of people who need to get their shots before restrictions can be loosened.

So the Conservative Party is pushing to induce this belief that the government will actually loosen restrictions if enough people are vaccinated. That is still an absurdly restricted society and the precedent has already been set for these Charter-violating lockdowns and isolation policies.

The NDP said they opposed vaccine passports.

Vaccine ‘passports’ in the works in Quebec, says minister, despite concerns globally and from Trudeau | CTV News | February 25, 2021

This is interesting:

“We are certainly encouraging and motivating people to get vaccinated as quickly as possible. But we always know there are people who won’t get vaccinated, and not necessarily through a personal or political choice. There are medical reasons, there are a broad range of reasons why someone might not get vaccinated,” Trudeau continued.

This one line they have included “even though they protect the vaccinated from becoming sick” is just a terrible misstatement, because, just to make one point about this (also look at section 14.2):

As with any vaccine, Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine may not fully protect all those who receive it. Even after you have had both doses of the vaccine, continue to follow the recommendations of local public health officials to prevent spread of COVID-19.
