“Yuri Bezmenov, a.k.a. Tomas Schuman, soviet KGB defector, explains in detail his scheme for the KGB process of subversion and takeover of target societies at a lecture in Los Angeles, 1983. An essential lesson in political science.”
Comments on part 1/7:
Basically, the strategy is to subvert anything of value in the country of your enemy. The perception of value of your enemy changes so much that he looks to you as his friend.
There is a chart shown briefly mentioning the antiwar movement. I’m sure that the antiwar movement was infiltrated by Marxists, I’m not sure of his specific views on military issues yet, but we should look at the issue from different sides. I believe the facts show that the elites were subverting and changing America through war and militarism, and that wars did much damage to American society and values. There were plenty of well-motivated people who opposed 20th century wars.
In terms of policy and intent, see, for example, the interview with Norman Dodd and what he says about the Carnegie Foundation and their goal of changing society through war. This is briefly mentioned also by Charlotte Iserbyt.
He talks about the teachings of Sun Tzu and about strategies of how not to physically fight at all when conquering your enemy. Also he discusses how some nations protected themselves (or used to) from outside influences that may undermine their culture.

Please take a close look at the chart. Notice how it mentions some of the techniques such as “urbanize” (“de-land”), which means moving people from the country to the city. Also entertainment, “addictive fads”, “permissiveness”, “relativity”. Notice how justice is subverted by the focus on “legislative” instead of “moral”. That is basic: justice is no longer built on traditions of reason and natural rights and common law – it’s just shredded by arbitrary laws and arbitrary power. Even junk food is mentioned. The goals include ignorance, disunity, isolation, etc. etc.
