Libertarian candidate Alan Mercer also believes in a system in which there is a minimum level of government.
“I urge anyone who opposes big government to contact me and get involved with my campaign in Scarborough-Rouge River,” Mercer states in his campaign literature.
The Malvern resident told a crowd gathered for an all-candidates debate at a local high school this week that he believes taxation should be restricted and that people should have more choices in schooling their children and accessing healthcare.
More election coverage here, especially about the Tory candidate. I get a “0” (zero) rating from a supporter of the Liberal Party candidate! 🙂 I think “zero” means “Ignore the damn Libertarian!” This is because I keep contradicting the other candidates who want people to look to government to solve their problems and restrict peoples’ choices.
