Excerpts from “The Global Economic Crisis”
BOOK LAUNCH: The Global Economic Crisis: The Great Depression of the XXI Century “Highlights of this Important Collection with Selected Excerpts”, by Michel Chossudovsky and Andrew Gavin Marshall
These are helpful points of view from globalresearch.ca that give a good overview of the economic problems we are facing and their causes. I agree with a lot of what is said in the excerpts, even though I believe in having a genuine free market system, but one which is based on individual property rights protections against theft and fraud.
I think the whole thing with “globalization”, “free market” and “free trade” is that it has fooled many people who are “conservative” or “libertarian” into not seeing the reality of a system that doesn’t respect freedom at all, that bombs innocent people into the ground and interferes in peoples’ way of lives and their choices about the laws they live under, and which has an agenda of concentrating resources under global government and scientific social engineering. It’s in Canada. It’s in America. It’s worldwide.
Globalization is not freedom. “Free trade” agreements are not freedom. Globalization is coordinated centrally planning by those who control existing governments and who seek monopoly control of resources. Their surveillance and “security” arrangements are for the benefit of their agenda and not for our benefit. Their monetary system is a fraud and they’ll turn it into an even more intensive form of control if they can. The types of science and technology they fund are for control, not freedom. Their Internet is for control, not freedom. Their entertainment is for propaganda and the destruction of morality and independent cultures.
None of these things are substitutes for freedom and rights. These people just lie to us, take everything from us and make us ask permission for everything we do.
