The Push for Single-Payer / Universal Health Care in the United States
Quote: “Everyone in, no one out” No private health insurance allowed! Sounds like a communist slogan and ties in with the other socialist aspects of the system shared by Canada and the U.S. – namely central banking, income tax and everything else.
Universal health care – for example, in Ontario – means you are not allowed to choose (or provide) health care services outside the system under penalty of fine or prison! Can you justify the threat of fine or prison in order to control human beings and end up limiting choices? I think people would understand having a voluntary system if it was allowed. Neither the Canadian system nor the current U.S. system care about freedom. It’s all about government and special interest control in one form or another. And always there is a privileged class of people who do OK – which is really the point of the whole system: “Some animals are more equal than others” – as George Orwell warned about socialism.
