Parliamentary bill and text of new North American trade agreement

I was looking for topics that could possibly relate to 5G, but I was also concerned with other issues.
I don’t know if we can still submit briefs for other topics and committees, but the recent trade agreement is one of the topics Parliament is currently asking the public to submit committee briefs about:

The Standing Committee on International Trade is inviting Canadians (organizations and individuals) to submit their thoughts, analysis and recommendation on Bill C-100, An Act to implement the Agreement between Canada, the United States of America and the United Mexican States. Written submissions should not exceed 2,500 words (all included – title, footnote, references, etc.). Briefs will be translated by the House of Commons, distributed to the Committee’s Members and posted on the Committee’s website.

This bill implements the new agreement. I notice it affects the Broadcasting Act (among many other acts).

It has many sections. I took a brief glance at these three:

I think the third one looks very relevant to 5G, cellular frequencies and the Internet of Things (search “spectrum”, “frequency” and “standard”). I haven’t had time to study this. Possibly someone might notice points that they want to make about the implementation of this agreement (via Bill C-100) – either on this topic or on other topics. I am just trying to open up investigation so that people can come up with challenges. I have other objections to trade agreements like this, such as the reduction in sovereignty and democracy.
The other committee topic is the budget.
