UNESCO report from 2009 and International Planned Parenthood Federation propaganda from 2011
Note: the December 2009 report from UNESCO is located here: International Technical Guidance on Sexuality Education (content page (http://www.unesco.org/new/en/hiv-and-aids/our-priorities-in-hiv/sexuality-education/international-technical-guidance-on-sexuality-education/ or en.unesco.org etc. – page gone)). The CNS News story below is based, they say, on an earlier June version of the report. The age ranges for the topics mentioned in the December 2009 report are different. Later in this post, a separate report from International Planned Parenthood is also discussed.
U.N. Agency Calls for Teaching Children 5-to-8 Years of Age about Masturbation
by Christopher Neefus, cnsnews.com | August 24, 2009
“A June report from the United Nations Economic, Social and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) suggests children of all countries and cultures are entitled to sexual and reproductive education beginning at age five.
“The report, called International Guidelines on Sexual Education, was released in June [2009] in conjunction with the U.N. Population Fund (UNFPA), an organization which works for universal access to “reproductive health care.”…”
This affects Ontario and everywhere else. The UN system is a public-private partnership. So this is the policy of the international corporations and it takes different guises.
According to the version of the report that CNS News was analyzing, 5- to -8-year-olds are taught about masturbation. Why so young? Why not leave that area to parents? Also, politically correct gender indoctrination begins. Also, according to CNS News, 9- to -12-year-olds and later age groups: promotion of abortion and ideas that go against traditional or natural ideas about family, and even against common sense.
“..The authors of the report consulted the Sexuality Information and Education Council of the United States (SIECUS) in building their curriculum framework. One of the two authors, Nanette Ecker, is a former SIECUS employee.
“Like the UNFPA, SIECUS advocates for ensuring that “every person has the right and access to sexual and reproductive health, so that humanity and the natural environment can exist in balance and fewer people live in poverty,” according to the organization Web site. Their stated concern is the “depletion of natural resources” – which is reduced through access to abortions.
“The founding director of the organization, Mary S. Calderone, was a director of Planned Parenthood….”
So a big part of this sex education concerns the efforts of the ruling class to reduce the population under the guise of environmentalism, and this has been going on for a long time. That’s why it’s called the UN Population Fund. They don’t want us walking around on their natural resources.
They dress up their agenda to make it sound nice. For example, reducing poverty actually means reducing the number of people. And they want to separate sex from reproduction. And it’s all part of seeing human life (and reproduction) as some kind of cancer. This seems to already be a widespread attitude because we have been exposed to this propaganda all our lives.
And it doesn’t matter how young the children are, or whether parents disagree and it goes against their religious beliefs. None of that matters, because it’s an authoritarian corporate feudal system. And your body will not belong to you any longer, or to God or to any ideal other than what is approved. The State and its hired professionals will teach children what to believe about everything, from climate to marriage. And it doesn’t need to be real, true or possible. It’s already happening.
And I don’t think most people are equipped to make any objection. It’s just my “opinion” after all. Everyone’s entitled to to their opinion, right? Okay, so do you have an opinion about who educates your child? Do you have a choice? Does your opinion matter? How free are you?
What do you think “sexual rights” means in an authoritarian system with body scanners, groping at airports, carbon taxes, austerity measures, and wages that compete with the Chinese system? Complete degradation and exploitation.
This is what school is for. And this is what the music videos on TV are for. And if you let it continue, children will receive maximum indoctrination into the Brave New World, much more intense than what you received your whole life.
Note: birth rate results at all-time low for the U.S. And think about the next generation. Is that the “future” YOU want? Is that your choice and opinion?
So now we have from The International Planned Parenthood Federation:
“Exclaim! A Young people’s guide to ‘Sexual Rights: an IPPF declaration”
ippf.org April, 2011
Summary: the “rights of the child” undermine the rights of parents. That’s the point. To undermine general rights, and to divide and conquer. The recipe for a totalitarian state: a world in which families and cultures are divided against each other by age, gender and in every other way.
All of the marketing techniques of the big international corporations are used in this guide to sell its message. They pull out all the stops. “We’re against young people being abused in prison”. “We’re against bad stuff”. Simple as that. As if their globalist class doesn’t create most of the evil that goes on in this world. Very slick, except for the gruesome splattered design, which is I guess how they perceive the topic.
Some examples from this report:
“All people under 18 years should enjoy the full range of human rights, including sexual rights…” (p. 14)
“All people under 18 years” have “sexual rights”? Do you agree with that statement?
From p. 21:
“Recognition, protection and fulfilment of young people’s legal rights at all times, no matter their age, gender or sexual orientation.”
What does this mean: “no matter their age”? You can’t stop your child from engaging in sex, no matter what age they are?
“Empowerment to decide freely when, with whom and how to have sex.”
What does this mean? You can’t stop your child from having sex with anybody they supposedly choose? What about the statement opposing exploitation on p. 19?
“Ensuring that no young person who is in prison, detained, institutionalized, living in conflict settings or in post-conflict situations experiences abuse or harm.”
That sounds great. The saints write the official literature and it’s only the bad people down below who are abusing people in prison, right? Does the “sexual rights” guide make prison abuse less likely? And some day, eventually, after you submit and give up your culture and traditions, when they are in charge, they’ll stop all that abuse!? Oh, wait! They are in charge!
“Elimination of all forced medical procedures, such as sex reassignment surgery, sterilization or hormonal therapy. These procedures should also be eliminated as conditions for the legal recognition of a person’s gender identity.”
Hypocrisy. We know about the forced sterilization that happens because of IPPF and UN population policies and their tax-funded subsidies for “maternal health”. It looks like they’re implying that “sex reassignment” surgery is “forced” on people who want to proclaim whatever they want as their gender, as if their gender is a matter of opinion or that it can be changed by surgery.
“Identity papers that show a person’s self-identified gender or sex.”
So whatever the person proclaims as their gender! It’s not about objective fact. It’s whatever they claim. And isn’t it amazing how they promote “identity papers” as a good thing just because someone gets to specify a make-believe gender. That’s freedom? We’re immersed in identity papers, which is fascism already. And the UN and various governments are offering us gender identity freedom as a substitute.
So this kind of propaganda is meant to mess with people and turn their minds to pure mush. For some it must be working very well. No doubt others are hostile to it and society will be completely divided. Game over.
So we have this story about the 45-year-old male who claims he is “transgender”. The law protects him supposedly as he spends his time in the women’s locker room exposing himself to girls of all ages. The writer and many commenters go along with this, referring to him as “she” or “her”.
