This article is mainly about Chinese involvement in Africa. But the first part explains their urbanization policies, which is the same as UN Agenda 21. This means pushing people out of rural areas and packing them into more densely populated urban areas. Agenda 21 “Smart Growth” policies are also being implemented in Ontario and all over Canada and the world.
At a recently held meeting of the National People’s Congress in Beijing, China’s leaders unveiled a dramatic long-term plan to integrate some 400 million countryside dwellers into urban environments by concentrating growth-promoting development in small and medium sized cities.
