May I disclose further human experimentation which remains concealed, and hidden from history. Medical records and X-ray at http://www.thewhyfiles.net/mkultra4.htm#update discloses unauthorized covert lobotomy and brain implant experimentation. (Dec. .9,1969 & Jan. 27,1972, at 14 & 16 years of age) without informed consent, nor parental knowledge, while under the guise of treating epilepsy. (ie-“scar tissue removal”)This information correlates with the CIA MK-ULTRA project of psychosurgical and brain implant research upon unwitting subjects. Those subjects being myself, and other children who suffer epilepsy at the [editor: name of hospital deleted, go to link to see his info]. These experiments were most cruel and inhumane when screaming verbal profanities during a local cranium incision. Adverse effects of this criminal assault have been increase and variation in seizure disorder, continual episodes of cerebral hemmorrahaging in the operative field,and status epilepticus which claims 2400-4600 lives every year across Canada. Dr. [editor: name deleted, need evidence of connection with MKUltra] is noted for having 15,741 children under his care between 1964-1998. It would be fair to suggest that anywhere between 10% to 1/3, have been subjected to unauthorized non-therapeutic surgical procedures. (1500-5000 children) While the authorities play major damage control and concealment, I have a [ ] Patient Advocate informing me of a “on-going problem”. This exploitation is most criminal when the history of lobotomy upon psychiatric patients demonstrate adverse effects of “seizures and cerebral Hemmorrahaging”.
Without informed consent, it has been impossible to comprehend what Dr. [ ] imposed, but more recently, I’ve discovered something quite disturbing. My [ ] medical records disclose a pathology report, listing various unauthorized brain tissue resections, along with a separate sheet, with a diagram of a left temporal lobe brain tissue, which is not mentioned on the pathology report, and representing someone else’s brain tissue. Such brain tissue which appears to have been utilized for a covert brain tissue transplant upon my person, when my Cat scan X-rays demonstrate brain tissue in the resected areas, secured by 43 metallic implants in the cerebral cortex. Here’s the kicker, the only person on the planet, whose left temporal lobe brain tissue is unaccounted for, is former US President JFK. This adds up, considering all the secrecy surrounding JFK’s missing brain tissue, and DR. [ ] covert brain surgical experimentation upon children who suffer epilepsy.
